Winner Winner chicken.... Brunch! Had a great Boysenberry brunch extravaganza at Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner Restaurant. Social media struck again and got us on the hype train to try the Boysenberry Brunch. Its all you can eat and has all the yummy classics in boysenberry form: Mac and Cheese, Meatballs, Mashed potatoes, and of course Boysenberry mimosas. First thing I want to mention is how kind the staff was. The customer service was top tier! When I first arrived at the buffet, the two hostesses at the front kindly let me know I had to wait for the entire party to arrive. Although I had to wait, they were just super kind, bubbly, and friendly. The gentleman cutting the prime rib was super sweet and didn't whine when I wanted to take a few yelp photos. Lastly, our waitress, Alexis was awesome. That girl was buzzing throughout place, taking orders, filling glasses, clearing tables and did so with the biggest smile - even though i'm sure she was tired of all of us. Ok, so the food. I WAS SHOCKED! It was actually pretty delicious. Of course the name sake - the fried chicken was delicious, but so was everything else. When you think boysenberry, you think everything will be overly sweet and it wasn't. The Boysenberry mac and cheese was delicious and a surprising favorite was the boysenberry sausage and peppers was super yummy. I also loved the boysenberry mashed potatoes. The boysenberry cheesecake was amazing and I was totally pleased to leave with a boysenberry ice cream sandwich already packaged so I could toss it in the freezer when I got home. Super yummy Brunch. I loved the experience and Its totally a great way to enjoy the boysenberry festival in a relaxed and scrumptious way.
We love it here! We've visited the Knott's Berry Farm restaurant multiple times, and it never disappoints. Every time we're in the area, it's a must-stop. The prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. The fried chicken is a classic crispy, juicy, and always cooked perfectly. The boysenberry jam adds the perfect sweet touch, and the biscuits? So good! Fluffy, buttery, and even better with the jam. The soup is always delicious and comforting, and we can't forget about the lemon drops strong, flavorful, and one of our go-to drinks. This place feels like a tradition for us now. Always a great meal, great vibes, and we'll definitely keep coming back!
Got seated fast and service was attentive and good, the chicken dinner is very juicy and good biscuits as well, very relaxed environment and ambiance, a little on the pricier side but it's reasonable for what it is near the entertainment park, generally good place to try out!

I had a friend rave about the chicken dinner here. Man I want to say it was "okay", but it was pretty dang good. Chicken is really juicy with crispy skin. The mash potato was really good. The biscuits with the berry sauce is good. Love the chicken noodles soup and I mean love. Super thicc. This place has the old country time vibes. The service from Ivan was excellent. The plate itself was about $30 with tip. Pretty worth it to try
I took my family here because my son always says "it smells delicious!" as we are walking into Knott's. We had made reservations and got seated right away. I can't tell you how long the wait would be but there seemed to be plenty of seating for walk-ins or they keep their ratios fair to their servers. Food was hot and fresh when we received it. You get a tremendous amount of food with your dinner order and will have plenty of left overs. My son is picky and for an up charge, you can get French fries with their meals! I had one cocktail and was tart but tasty (boysenberry lemon drop). They look like they had a full bar with seating, so hubby and I are curious to come back for an adult Knotts date.
